[nwbcc] Bristol 9

I've certainly give this some thought. It would help if someone could 
let me know which free paper they receive and contact info for that 
paper. I might go a little further an offer an article on NWBCC 
activities with pics. I don't get a free paper where I live now, so any 
suggestions welcome ...
