[nwbcc] Club Programme on iCal

Especially for John, and any other Mac users out there. I have  
updated the club programme in iCal. If you have already subscribed  
then in iCal, right click the calendar and "refresh". You may also  
have auto update enabled, in which case you will not have to do  
anything.
