Hasn't the time come to put this one to bed anyway?

Those of us who have been going on and on about the minutiae have had
our wrists rightly slapped so all that is needed to conclude this is for
someone to say that it has been sorted out.

It seems that Patrick's help with sizing images should sort that side of
things out and the Rules are fine as they are.

Isn't that all that someone needs to say to finish this discussion?
