I have one of the Sensor Sweep brushes from Copper Hill:

They are a fraction of the price of other brushes, I ordered mine from the
US ages ago but I see it says they are available in the EU now.

Probably too much detail in fact, I think you can go overboard with trying
to get the sensor spotless. I wet cleaned mine not long after I got it
because it was really mucky for some reason. But I haven't touched it
since.
